Qian Xi Jia Precision Industrial Co., Ltd. has over 40 years of manufacturing experience and is headquartered in Taichung, Taiwan. As a precision machining manufacturer deeply rooted in Taiwan, we specialize in diverse fields including medical device components, optical parts, precision parts, electronic components, automotive and motorcycle parts, hardware components, and bicycle parts. Our services cover everything from small-batch prototyping to mass production, with the flexibility to provide OEM/ODM project collaboration tailored to customer needs. As an expert in long bar production, we are capable of machining outer diameters ranging from 0.5 mm to 60 mm. Equipped with 8-axis and 10-axis mill-turn machines and CNC lathes, we can complete multiple processes in a single setup, shortening lead times while ensuring stable quality. In addition, we offer a wide range of post-processing capabilities, including heat treatment, anodizing, plating, grinding, nitriding, torque resistance, black dyeing, electrophoresis, and coating. We also support machining with a variety of materials such as aluminum, iron, copper, stainless steel, POM, and Teflon.
